From day one, you’ll be trusted to work on real-world assignments, putting the skills you’ve learned in school to actual use. Your assignments will include anything from working with big international clients to processing detailed corporate returns
Location Adaptability
While internship roles are predominantly on-site and location-specific, there are opportunities for situational remote and hybrid models in some cases.
The Support You Need
Here, your potential will be recognized and your hard work will be rewarded – even at the intern level. And if you happen to get stuck, don’t worry – you’ll have the resources and support you need to get past it, including a dedicated mentor ready to answer any question you may have along the way.

A career readiness program for freshmen and sophomores to help you navigate decisions about your major, internship and career. The program will explore the public accounting profession, as well as career paths at BDO. Students will attend presentations, panel discussions and meet a variety of BDO professionals, including recruiters, interns, associates, partners and senior leadership.
Participant Requirements
This program is open to college freshmen and sophomores. Because diversity in our backgrounds, experiences and perspectives is foundational to BDO’s success, we strongly encourage traditionally underrepresented students to apply.
